Notice is hereby given that on Friday, April 11, 2025; the District School Safety and Security Committee of the Valley View Independent School District will hold a Meeting at 1:30 PM at the Valley View ISD Board Room at 9701 S Jackson, Pharr, Texas 78577. Remote access to the meeting will be available via video conference by logging on at the following web address to join a Google Meeting meet.google.com/her-qadv-gtb

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which formal action be taken are listed on the agenda, which is attached to and made part of this Notice. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on this meeting notice.

Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.

Should any final action, decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the Council with regard to any matter considered, then the final action, or final vote shall be either:

1. in the open meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting; or

2. at a subsequent public meeting of the SSC upon notice thereof; as the SCC shall determine.
