Valley View ISD

Happy Veteran’s Day to all veterans today on Friday, November 11, 2022 from Valley View ISD.  Today our school district celebrated and honored our district staff who served in the armed forces at Valley View Junior High.  It was a joyous morning for all and we made our veterans’ morning extra special with an intimate performance by our very own Valley View High School Mariachi “Sol De Oro”!  The Valley View High School JROTC also took part at this morning’s celebration and presented the colors as the Valley View Junior High Student Council recited the Pledge of Allegiance.  The presence of district administration, school board members, and Valley View ISD’s Superintendent of Schools Dr. Silvia Ibarra made gave the event the importance that it merits.  Thank you to Valley View Junior High Principal Mrs. Sandra Riojas and her staff for coordinating this beautiful event.  Thank you to all veterans nationwide but especially to our very own Valley View ISD veterans.  Go Tigers!!
