This past Friday, a group of our GEAR UP parents and students came together at the Family Mental Health Conference hosted at Villa De Cortez for a powerful and heartwarming experience centered on connection, communication, and mental wellness.
From learning about the importance of open communication between parent and child, to discovering each other's love languages, families walked away with new tools and deeper understanding of one another. Seeing families grow stronger, more connected, and emotionally aware was truly inspiring. 💙
