Exciting News, Valley View High School Community!
Yesterday, 100 of our amazing seniors and counseling staff had the privilege of attending the South Texas College Valley Promise Kickoff, where STC announced their HUGE Valley Promise scholarship program.
The Valley Promise is an incredible opportunity for students to receive FREE tuition and fees for up to 30 credit hours per year, for up to two years or completion of an associate degree. This life-changing initiative aims to help more students complete college and gain the skills needed for high-paying, in-demand jobs.
Our students even participated in interviews that will be featured in the news media coverage of this event. We couldn't be more proud of their achievements and excitement for the future!
