A great big thank you to all our students and staff who participated in our sock drive for San Juan Nursing home. Our school donation of 288 pairs of new socks will be included in Christmas baskets that the center puts together for their residents. Your donations make a huge difference!
The 1st period class that donated the most socks was Ms. Gloria Hernandez with 76 pairs of socks! Way to go students! They will get Krispy Kreme doughnuts and milk chocolate when we return from the Thanksgiving break.
Special shout out to Coach Montemayor’s class who came in 2nd place with 68 pairs of socks and Mr. De la Cruz who with only 9 students brought in 40 pairs of socks. Thanks again VVJH!!!!!!!!!
